I have been at Perimeter institute from May 15 2012.
In the time between that date and July 31,
I have worked on several ongoing field theory research projects,
which mainly concern the study of large classes of supersymmetric gauge theories in four and three dimensions.
Together with Tudor Dimofte, I have been working on three-dimensional N=2 superconformal field theories which can be described as Abelian Chern-Simons gauge theories coupled to chiral matter. This is a very large class of conformal fixed points, which can be labeled by simple algebraic data. The purpose of our current project is to identify the data which labels 3d theories which emerge in the infrared at domain walls for four-dimensional SU(2) gauge theories.
Together with Leonardo Rastelli and Shlomo Razmat, I have computed the superconformal index for a large class of four-dimensional N=2 gauge theories,
which typically do not have a Lagrangian description.
Together with Andy Neitzke and Greg Moore I have introduced the notion of ``spectral network'', which controls the spectrum of protected (BPS) excitations of N=2 four-dimensional gauge theories.
