Perimeter Scholars International (PSI) 3 Year Fellowship

Perimeter Institute is excited to announce a job opening for a PSI Fellow for the 2024-2025 academic year. This role, primarily focused on supporting our educational and training initiatives, will be a 3-year fellowship starting in August 2024. Exceptional candidates may be directly considered for permanent teaching positions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our training programs, especially our Perimeter Scholars International master's program. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, organizing tutorials, managing assignments, and possibly creating learning activities for other department programs such as the PhD, PSI Start, and PSI Bridge programs. Additionally, PSI Fellows will be involved in student admissions and other administrative tasks, along with individual and group student support and assessment.

PSI Fellows are also encouraged to engage in research in their interest areas. The institute will provide an annual research fund and encourage participation in its research activities.

Candidates should have a PhD in theoretical physics, mathematical physics, or a related field. They should be capable of mastering course material and have a passion for teaching physics, preferably with an active role in the broader research community. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in mathematical physics.
