Invited Funded Speakers
Ground transportation arrangements will be made on your behalf and instructions sent prior to your arrival. This will be outlined to you in a persoanl email from PI's Conference Coordinator. Participants and Invited Non-Funded Speakers
You are responsible for your own transportation arrangements. Please find below a list of transportation options from Pearson International Airport in Toronto to Waterloo.

- Please contact FiveStar Limousine for thieir rates and availability.
- For arrivals at Terminal 1, please depart to the arrivals curb and go to post D1 and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by FiveStar Limousine.
- For arrivals at Terminal 3, depart to the arrivals curb and go to post #29 and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by FiveStar Limousine.
- If there are any problems, or you are experiencing a delay at Canadian Customs, please call FiveStar directly at 1-866-578-8005.
Airways Transit - The fare for Airways Transit for 1 passenger is $75.00 (1 way). To make reservations please visit their website or call (519) 886-2121.

Car Rentals Upon arrival in any of the terminals at Pearson International Airport there are a number of car rental agencies to choose from. Their booths are located on the arrivals level. The cost of a car rental is dependent upon the type of vehicle you would like and the length of the stay. |
