Theoretical physics is the lowest-cost, highest impact discipline in science. It’s changed the world before – and it will change the world again. And yet, until Perimeter, there had never been an attempt to invest strategically in theoretical physics on a large scale. That’s changing. And you can be part of it.
The price tag of that investment doesn’t have to be high. Theoretical physics is all about big ideas – but it isn’t “big science” with its high price equipment. Perimeter is about people – brilliant minds in intense collaboration. That’s where our breakthroughs come from. Many of our supporters get involved because they believe in the long-term power of physics to shape the world.
