Invited Lecturers

Accommodation arrangements will be made on your behalf and instructions sent prior to your arrival.

Accepted Students 

Shared accommodations have been made for you at Ron Eydt Village at the University of Waterloo for the nights of Wednesday June 24th departing Wednesday July 2st, 2009.  Students must contact Perimeter Institute to register by email  Jodie Carriere at jcarriere@perimeterinstitute.ca no later than Monday June 15th 2009.

You are welcome to add nights over and above what is offered, however this will be at an additional cost to you.  Also as you will be sharing a room with another member of the same sex, you may request a single room at an additional cost to you.  This is subject to availability.  Again you are required to email PI before Monday June 15th at the email address above.
