Double occupancy dorm-style rooms at the University of Waterloo's Ron Eydt Village are being held for you. To confirm your reservation, and pay for your room, please email or call the contact information below. Rates are $35.50/night per person for a Double Room plus applicable taxes. A room deposit is required at time of booking. You also have the option of staying in a single room for an additional cost. The room rate includes usage of the common lounge for after-hours networking, weight room, TV lounge, internet cafe and games area. Also included are weekly linen and towel exchange, as well as free parking in you are driving. Please contact UW Conference Xenter for more details and to book your room. Side Note: Transportation to/from Perimeter Institute and UW Ron Eydt Village will be provided by Perimeter Institute for the days of the school. Details to follow.
