Gastronomy

The Black Hole Bistro’s newest series, “Gastronomy – the art and science of good eating”, showcases guests from Southern Ontario sharing their culinary knowledge about certain foods, and how to cook them.  All events take place in the Black Hole Bistro.  These events are designed for people who have a keen interest in food – where it comes from, how it’s prepared and produced, as well as why good food matters.  The guests talk about how to eat better in the qualitative sense of the world, rant about issues like organic and local produce, wines “cellared in Ontario” and the importance of fine dining.
