3. For arrivals at Terminal 1, please depart to the arrivals curb and go to post B and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by FiveStar Limousine.
4. For arrivals at Terminal 3, depart to the arrivals curb and go to post #29 and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by FiveStar Limousine.

Car Rentals
Upon arrival in any of the terminals at Pearson International Airport there are a number of car rental agencies to choose from. Their booths are located on the arrivals level. The cost of a car rental is dependent upon the type of vehicle you would like and the length of the stay.

Driving Directions
- From the airport, follow signs for Highway 427 South/Highway 401. 
- Continue to follow signs for Highway 401 West - London. 
- Proceed West on Highway 401. 
- Exit Highway 401 at Highway 8 West. 
- Exit 278 (Highway 8 West) and follow 8 West for 5 km to Highway #85, towards #7 East.
- Proceed on Highway #85 for 5 km to Bridgeport Road exit. Turn right at the off-ramp, traveling West. 
- Follow Bridgeport Road for 2 km into downtown Waterloo. 
- Brigeport is a four-lane one-way road. It becomes Caroline Street at Albert Street. Continue straight ahead. 
- Turn right at the intersection of Caroline Street onto Father David Bauer Dr. 
- Travel for approximately half a kilometer (you will pass Perimeter Institute on your right).  Proceed to the Bauer Parking lot.  This is where you will park your car.
- Park and walk back up Father David Bauer Dr toward Caroline St. You will see Perimeter Institute on your left.  Go up the back steps and enter through the double glass doors to registration.

*If you are driving to PI please arrive 20 minutes early to allow time for you to park, walk to PI and obtain a parking pass from registration, then take it back to your car. 

** Special Note - Please be aware that due to construction we will have a new temporary entrance for the duration of the conference.  Our new entrance will be off of the sidewalk running parallel to Father David Bauer Drive (mezzanine entrance).  You will see signage that will direct you to the outside open stair case leading up to the building.  Please come up these courtyard stairs.  The glass double doors will be unlocked during regular business hours, and the registration table will be located there on Monday May 9th.
