This is one-day venue aims to provide an opportunity for condensed matter researchers in Southwest Ontario to gather together and discuss informally their most recent research. The general format of the meeting consists of two guest speakers and 7 contributed talks. The meeting is expected to start around 9:45AM and end around 5:00-5:30 PM. A lunch will be served at 12:00PM in the Black Hole Bistro in the Perimeter Institute.

This year's guest speaker is Leon Balents (Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics). In 2009, the guest speakers were Piers Coleman (Physics, Rutgers) and Bill Halperin (Physics, Northwestern) and in 2008, the guest speakers were Subir Sachdev (Physics, Harvard) and Collin Broholm (Physics, Johns Hopkins).
