Invited Speakers

We suggest that you book your flight to arrive at Toronto International Airport (YYZ). Ground transportation arrangements will be made on your behalf in August 2008.

Registered Participants

All other participants will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements. Below is a list of transportation options from Pearson International Airport in Toronto to Waterloo.

1. The rate for The Wright Limousine is as follows: 1-2 passengers - $95.00 (each way to & from Pearson). Please note that for departures and arrivals between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am there will be an additional fare of $20.00.
   
2. For arrivals at Terminal 1, please depart to the arrivals curb and go to post D1 and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by The Wright Limousine Service.
   
3. For arrivals at Terminal 3, depart to the arrivals curb and go to post #29 and see the commissioner. Tell the commissioner your last name and that you are to be picked up by The Wright Limousine Service. 
   
4. If there are any problems, call Wright directly at 1-800-328-5501 and wait on the line to be transferred to a Wright Limousine employee.

Upon arrival in any of the terminals at Pearson International Airport there are a number of car rental agencies to choose from. Their booths are located on the arrivals level. The cost of a car rental is dependent upon the type of vehicle you would like and the length of your stay.

• From the airport, follow signs for Highway 427 South/Highway 401. 
• Continue to follow signs for Highway 401 West - London. 
• Proceed West on Highway 401. 
• Exit Highway 401 at Highway 8 West. 
• Exit Highway 8 West at Highway 85 North Waterloo. 
• Exit Highway 85 North at Bridgeport Rd.
