Accommodation

If you are a student from outside Waterloo, you can request shared accommodation at the University of Waterloo residence (Ron Eydt Village). To do so, specify the dates for which you need accommodation on the registration form.  

You will be notified in mid-may if your accommodation will be covered. There is a maximum of 40 spaces, priority is given to students presenting a talk or poster.
