Invited Speakers

Conference speakers will have accommodation arrangements made on their behalf at the Waterloo Inn.  Speakers will be emailed detailed information about their reservation in April 2008.

Registered Participants 

There is a block of rooms being held at the Waterloo Inn until Friday May 2, 2008.  Participants must contact the hotel directly to book their room. You must provide the hotel with a credit card number to secure your booking.  The rate per night is $139.00 plus taxes. Please mention Perimeter Institute or PASCOS when booking to receive this reduced rate.  Cancellations are accepted prior to 4pm on the day of arrival. The Waterloo Inn is located approximately 10 minutes away from Perimeter Institute.  The hotel offers a free daily shuttle to Uptown Waterloo.  Please reserve your spot on the shuttle at check in.
