  An Evening with Food Terrioriste Antony John and Malivoire Wine
  Terrior: the total natural environment of each agricultural site

  December 11, 2009 at 6:30 pm [doors open at 6:00 pm]

 Explore the terrior of food hosted by Manic Organic Antony John. Perimeter Institute Chef Carla Mancuso has crafted a menu from Antony’s Organic 80 acre farm “Soiled Reputation” along with products from other Perth County partners. Each dish will be paired with wine from Maliviore Estate Winery on the Niagara Peninsula. Throughout the evening we will be entertained by Antony’s animated rants about how terroir impacts your food, the “dirt” in Perth County, eating local and a host of other topics.
